They're great! Their always kind, the donuts always taste fresh to me , and they stay open a little later than other places. Their prices went up since the last time but that's to be expected like everything else. Their still affordable. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to In and Out #2 to get my sister a regular Kolaches. She is a longtime loyal customer. She is known to the cashier’s by name. She tasted the Kolache and it tasted very salty and spoiled. I returned to the store and the baker came to the window. I explained why I was there and asked him to replace the bad Kolache. He refused to exchange the product and vehemently proclaimed he did nothing wrong. I responded that I was not accusing him of wrongdoing but the Kolache tasted bad and an exchange or refund was in order. When I asked if he felt the replacement was worth losing a long time loyal customer over a $3.15 Kolache, He stated “He did not care if she ever came back.” I politely thanked him and told him I would relay that sentiment and I would encourage her never to buy from In and Out #2 again!
