Arrived and the table wasn't cleaned from previous customs. Waited more than 10 minutes and no one came to clean it. Nice restaurant, awful service. Service: 1

Trattoria Incanto is very different depending on the times you come. I visited on a Wednesday night in August, and I waited for 3 pizzas and 2 portions of fries for almost 2 hours and a half. When we addressed the waiter about this, he said it's "almost coming" . We waited another hour for our food. However, I visited on a Wednesday night in February, and the wait time for the same amount of food was around 20 minutes. The food is decent, the fries are delicious but the pizza is thin burnt on the crust. The atmosphere of the place is nice - the arcade is conveniently right next to a few tables and it's nor cheap nor expensive. The variety of games is nice, like a claw machine and car races. However, the playground is crazy - the swings creak with every time you push back and forth, and they feel like they're going to collapse every second! (I don't know if that playground was built by the restaraunt, but I'm pretty sure it was) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: lei 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Few, but there are some.
