I stopped in on a random Saturday afternoon and ended up having a great time. They distill their own Rum (white and aged) and whiskey (rye, bourbon & corn). They offer flight tastings and cocktails. The atmosphere is very relaxed. While they don't serve food, they have food vendors rotate. On the day I went, Mama's Empanadas were scheduled. They hadn't arrived by the time I left , so I'm hoping to catch them another time. The bartender was fantastic and checked on me often. Their cocktails are very unique. The two I had were delicious, but my favorite was the "Rock You Like A". It's a tiki inspired cocktail that contains rum, macadamia nut syrup, orange cordial, guava syrup, grenadine and lime. I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to returning.

Drinks were great... nice and strong. Alot of variety on the drink menu. Prices were normal.. mixed drink avg price $10 and the flights were $14. The staff was nice and inviting. The tour was fun and informative.

My friends and I met for a tasting at Independent Distilling Company one evening. This place is a little hidden gem. The serving space is small and intimate. I really enjoyed speaking with Michael and learning about the work that goes into making their spirits. Holly was an awesome mixologist. She would ask out of the box questions to help you arrive at the perfect cocktail. I would definitely return for the great company and ambiance!
