Had a great experience at Indian Spice Restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. Our server Hita, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and made our visit even more enjoyable. ## **Misleading "Special" Offer & Hidden Charges** * **Rating:** 1/5 Stars * **Review:**. Very disappointing experience at Indianspice Waterloo. We visited based on their promotional offer advertising DOSAs for $9.99, which was presented as an ongoing deal. However, when we ordered, we were under the impression it was an unlimited offer since every time we asked for another dosa, the server brought out a new plate with the four chutneys as if it were part of an ongoing meal. To our shock, when the bill arrived, we were charged over $20+ tax per person instead of the advertised rate, bringing our total to $44 for two people. Feel completely by this false advertising and lack of transparent communication from the staff regarding how refills or charges work. Would not recommend if you expect honest pricing. Or confirm prices before. Ty. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

It seems there is some confusion regarding the offers.Our offers are clearly advertised as two separate deals:• Any dosa for $9.99 (Monday–Thursday), where each dosa is ordered individually.• Unlimited dosa, idly, and vada for $19.99 per person, which is a separate promotion.It appears there may have been a mix-up between these two offers. Additionally, all of our dosas are served with four chutneys, regardless of whether they are ordered as part of a promotion or at regular price.We always strive to provide clear and transparent pricing, and we appreciate your feedback. If anything is ever unclear, our team is always happy to explain our menu and promotions before ordering. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you.
