My husband and i started feeling homesick and decided to have Indian Food for dinner after a long day at Xel Ha We saw the reviews and trusted that Indianos The Curry Factory would offer authentic Indian Food To our dismay and disappointment everything we ordered lacked any authenticity to Indian Flavors or Spices Chai: We were expecting a Hot & thoroughly brewed Masala Chai (Ginger, Milk , Cardamom) but what we got is a concoction of these ingredients mixed together. Just with a first look at the color of “chai” we were able to tell it was going to be really bad Paneer Paratha: It was a very doughy and undercooked. Paneer could be hardly spotted, lacked any flavor or spices Cheese Naan: Naan is traditionally baked in a tandoor and is crispy with brown spots. What we were stuffed is undercooked white roti stuffed with cheese and lacked any flavor Dal Makhani & Paneer Butter Masala: They both had a sweet taste to it, the spices were weird and we have never tasted them before. Lacked any similarity to authentic Indian Food. Considering the kitchen took enough time to be able to prepare all dishes from scratch, this was a very disappointing dinner. We had leftovers and did not want to waste food so packed some to being back to our hotel. They are still untouched, we are hoping we can finish them. All in all the chef is very very out of touch with Authentic Indian Food Flavors. We live in Canada and the food here was worse than the bad Indian food we’ve tried there. Until we are able to satisfy our Indian Food Cravings in Mexico, we will keep reminiscing of our time in India earlier in 2023 where we tried so many mouth watering Indian Vegetarian Food Dishes Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hello Pooja. First of all thank you sooo much for visiting and the feedback of course. We are really sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations, must of Indians from around the globe have left really happy and grateful for the food. The waiter staff ask you different times if everything was ok and you didn’t complaint about anything would have been nice to have the chance to try to please your desires talking to the chef. In our menu says Tawa Naan as an Indian you should know what that means so we are sorry that you miss that part of the menu. About the weird flavor of the spices I don’t really know what that means since we import must of them and pay a high price to bring it to Mexico to make your experience the closest to Indian authentic flavors. Once again thank you we will make sure kitchen staff read your comments. Namaste
