This restaurant and Australian Galleries can be both really attractive for tourists. The tasty flavours of the Thai cuisine attract numerous guests. Here guests delve deep into delicious meals, and try pastured chicken egg, awesome coffee and pricey mimosa. Most guests mention that the service is excellent. Sandwiches are offer, and the menu is worth every penny. Although you should pay attention that the general rating on Zomato for Ing Doi is below average.

Last time we're here, the place was good and we could get the order relatively quickly. Food was okay. However, this time, we couldn't even book in because the same phone number listed here, on zomato and many other places, is apparently disconnected now. Please kindly update your details so we can call in to book. If I happen to pass by the store in the future, I'll come in to make sure if the store is still open, if the phone number has been changed and update it here.

Bad/imploite customer serivces staff , worst thai food ever,been there many time,however there has been a changed of ownership.The food has changed its portion, cold and salted.Overall disappointed, not comming bad here ever again !

Bad Service ever!!!. I went to Ing Doi Thai Restaurant with all my family for my mum birthday. We choose to order buffet which all you can eat for $36 per head. I found that it very cheap. I arrived before any of my family member so I ordered 4 entrée to start with. I was waiting until some of my family member came. I received only 1 entrée out of 4 ordered. I then called the waitress to order main course as I believed it may be busy when everyone came. I ordered 5 main meals after I ordered main course for 10 minutes all my family member come in. They started to order meal as well after they order around 20 minutes the meals came out. The waitress chucks all the meals in one end of the table. As all my family members are not familiar of what the food look like so they decided to consume all the food that delivery in front of them. I still wait for my meal for an hour the meal never came. I was so unhappy. I decided to ask them what was going on of my ordered. A waitress who took my ordered said all my ordered came and delivered. So I told them that who did they delivered to. I ordered the meal but they delivered to someone else. Instead of apology, she excused all my family member that they should pass the food to me and the waitress did not know that who was the meals belong to. She said she will tell my family member that if they not ordered don't consume the food!!! (she said with the sound of unhappy mood)
I wondered that Did the staff understand the word of communication? What is the team work? Is it appropriate answer to the customer? Can't the staff apology to the customer on their mistake?
I told the order taker waitress that I will not pay my share if I not receive my food order!!!
So she took my order again and said she will make sure all the food will come to me. Guess What!!!
All the food came in same time, delivered in front of me in one go. The table is so small how can it fit all meals in front of me? Was that done on purpose? Was she try to be sarcastic to me?
As it so much meals came at the same time in a small area so she push me to find the empty spot to place the meals. It end up with I had to put all the food in my 1 place (many food) to clear the empty spot for her!!! I am very disappointed on this restaurant and not really recommended anyone to go there as the waitress attitude are so awful.
Summary of this restaurant:
Price: very cheap all you can eat in the menu for $36
Service: bad service ever!!!
Food: very salty
your ordered: Wish your own luck and not expect that they will come to you. some of them, no one in the table ever see that meal.
I really never against this restaurant and used to come to this restaurant for lunch not dinner. I even know the owner of this restaurant and like his personality and attitude. All of these happened the owner doesn't know as he was not in the restaurant at that time.
To the owner:
I believed that to keep your business going, you need to train your staff for customer service skills and inform your chef that their cooking are salted.
