I came to this Ingles over the weekend to pick up dinner ingredients and baby formula. The powder formula was not in the “baby formula” aisle of the store, so I checked other areas I figured it might be located. It was not in health and wellness, near the pharmacy, or the milk. I went up to customer service to ask, and they let me know that it was “right around the corner near the newspaper.” Great, I head over to find that the formula was there all along.. but I would have never been able to find it myself without assistance. In a totally odd spot, very much blocked by a fireworks display, empty boxes, and a rocking chair. I had to completely lean over the rocking chair to get the formula my nephew needed. This entire thing bothers me. Not only did the search for the formula waste my time, the location and set up of the display is not conducive to a pleasant shopping experience, drives those sales away, and is certainly not accessible to disabled parents or caretakers as the setup is almost impossible to find/get to. I encourage Ingles to correct this problem. As advertised, the baby formula should be in the “baby formula” aisle. I gave this two stars because they at least they had everything I needed.

We were visiting the area, and this is my first experience in an Ingles Market. Let me tell you, I was really impressed. I have been to Wegmans and many different Publix Markets, and I wish there was an Ingles in my area of Central Florida. They are above and beyond anywhere I have shopped.
