I walked into the restaurant and I was so hungry. The cook happily took the order of 2 people in front of me (which were of the same race as him) and when it was my turn he very abruptly and rudely said "I'm done, I'm done. I've had a busy breakfast rush". The restaurant was still open for 20 mins and it wouldve taken him 5 mins or so to make me some much needed breakfast (the morning after a NYE night out). Never again!!! I had to get a pre made terrible sandwich and my wife a parfait (which she said was not good) I also got 2 drinks from Starbucks in the same area and the total was $35 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Simply cannot understand some reviews here mentioning “friendliness” of the staff. They were rude and disengaged with the cook being quite angry. Will avoid the Westin hotel on my upcoming stay again in Cincinnati. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Hard working staff, omelets made to order including egg white ones, you add 4 ingredients plus 1 meat (veggie burger, turkey bacon, bacon, sausage) for $15.99 which comes with 2 slices of toast and hash browns. Some meat like bacon is baked in the brick oven so it’s a nice added touch. Kind of pricey but the omelet was good and plenty to eat. The place is kept clean with someone always going around cleaning tables and clearing them. They have all kinds of drinks including Starbucks coffee. The view is beautiful right inside the Westin hotel ground floor lobby ish but it’s kind of chilly. I wish it were a bit warmer to enjoy my hot food bc it got cold fast. Other than the prices (to be expected inside a hotel) and the chilly atmosphere, it’s a great place and space and lots of space. And very nice staff. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: They have a veggie meat choice for omelettes
