WTH Inman's?! The sliced brisket was tough, had no smoke flavor, well no flavor at all! The beans were bland and definitely not like they used to be. I admit I haven't been there in 4 years, but I was really looking forward to that delicious Inman's BBQ. I did not get that today, everyone in my group was disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. We all don't care for Cooper's BBQ and Inman's has been all of our favorite for so many years. But y'all are starting to rank down there with Cooper's! Today was a BIG disappointment in the lack of taste and tenderness of the food! I've eaten at Inman's for well over 25 years and it was ALWAYS my favorite BBQ place in the Hill Country, but I don't know what or why it has changed the way it has. Get it together Inman's please, others in my party won't go back, but I'll be back in the future to give y'all one more try. I understand you have to be careful about seasonings due to people's health and/or dietary needs, but certain things shouldn't be changed. I have worked in the food industry for over 30 years and I sympathize with people's dietary needs but not everyone should suffer from lack of flavoring in certain foods.
