My son placed an order tonight paid for his meal there was what I thought a mix up when he called about the change , I called the volcano to ask and was met with a very arrogant manager who denied any wrong doing... my son remains £10 out of pocket because of a “” mistake” that the driver is now denying all knowledge ... I have used the volcano for years and the food has always been very good.. but £10 has cost them thousands over the years... I will never spend a penny in the establishment again ...
