WORST DINNER EVER! TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE! I had dinner with my friend on 18th November 2023. Unfortunately, the service and food was ridiculous. We ordered 500g pork and beef and also boneless chicken with snowy cheese flavour. The snowy cheese boneless chicken tasted horrendous, flavors were off, the overall quality was disappointing. So, we have decided to talk to the staff and inform them the chicken tasted awful. I told the staff that the chicken tasted not fresh. After that, an elder Asian lady came to speak to us and she was extremely rude and kept saying “I bought the chicken at 4pm today and I can show you the receipt! So, it is not true that the chicken is not fresh!” (with a very rude, loud, and impolite manner). The lady repeated “It is not true that the chicken is not fresh.” for 3 times. I showed the chicken part that was in yellow to her and told her the chicken tasted very weird and seemed not fresh. She fought back that saying she bought the chicken at 4pm everyday and there were no customer complained about the chicken that night. On top of that, the lady didn’t show the receipt of the chicken that she bought that day. The conversation ended as I felt threatened. I have never had this dreadful dining experience in my life which the restaurant staff treated the customer so poorly and rude. Besides, the service was slow, making the dining experience less enjoyable. It was disheartening to find that the serving plates and utensils were also quite dirty. I hope the restaurant can address these issues for a better customer experience in the future. Anyway, this is the first and last time of visit and won’t ever go back again! You and your friend, however, indicated that it was unnecessary, and you both mentioned that it's fine. I trust the quality of our chicken supplier due to their high turnover. A high turnover rate indicates the frequency with which they sell and replenish their stock. Moreover, this reinforces our trust in the quality of the chicken they provide. More
