Este lugar te ofrece unas singulares empanadas, una sabrosa coronilla y un perfectamente elaborado paté. Saborea su casero parfait, su atrayente flan y su bien preparada tarta pavlova. Ven y prueba un magnífico café.

The location is actually wrong on Google Maps (as of 1.7.2026), right address is further down the road: 35 bis Gd Rue Mario Roustan Very nice patisserie with super friendly chef and woman at the counter, amazing quality cake/tartelettes, we were super happy!

Best patisserie we have had in a long time and a feast for the eye as well. Delicious. Moreover the maître showed us the preparation of a new patisserie with cacoa in the laboratoire. Beautiful and impressive to see it being handmade!

In a recent visit to Sete, we came upon a quaint patisserie called Insense. Everything in the display case looked delicious and after careful consideration, we chose 3 items; the Pavlova, the Paris-Brest, and a Chocolate Mousse Cake. There were 4 of us and we sat down to taste the pastries. Everyone of us agreed that the Pavlova was The Best Tasting item that we had every had! We are extensive travelers and frequent customers at Patisseries wherever we travel. The Paris-Brest, and the Chocolate Mousse Cake were also delicious. We spoke with Geoffroy Cleret and his lovely wife and expressed our compliments and gratitude. It was a pleasure visiting their patisserie and I recommend that you try it, especially the Pavlova! 5 Stars for sure!
