I typically love Insomnia. I got it often when I was living in Chicago, and now living in Downtown Madison, it's nice I still have one walkable. I don't typically make the trip all the way State St for a cookie, but I was there with friends earlier today. I ordered the peanut butter cup cookie, the associate gave it to me. It's a cookie that I order a lot so I know what it looks like. Took a peek in the bag and it looked like the peanut butter chip cookie. So, after my friends ordered, I asked to make sure that I received the right cookie. Got attitude that I was double checking to make sure. Got home, took a better look at the cookie, no chocolate in it whatsoever. I was given the wrong cookie, and I'm honestly pretty disappointed about it. I shouldn't have been treated like that when I was trying to make sure I was given the right item, especially when I was actually given the wrong item.

Unkept uncleanly and underprepared they gave me no spoons almost everything was sold out. It was half melted, and there was a long line with many people also complaining that the workers were not fast enough and felt like it was their first day. Hate to be the guy to make this review, but would never recommend this to anyone else.
