Where do I even begin? I went to Insomnia Cookies Nottingham expecting a sweet treat and somehow left having a spiritual experience. The cookies were outrageously good. Warm, gooey, perfectly baked, and so delicious that for a brief moment I genuinely forgot about all my problems. If happiness had a flavour, it would be these cookies. Every bite felt like a warm hug from the universe. But the real star of the show was Saf. Someone needs to check whether Saf is actually human because that level of customer service cannot be normal. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Saf didn't just serve cookies; they served joy, positivity, and what felt like free therapy. Honestly, give Saf a pay rise, an award, a crown, and the keys to the city of Nottingham. If every customer service employee had even half of Saf's energy, the world would be a much happier place. I've eaten a lot of cookies in my life, but this experience has ruined all other cookies for me. Everything else now tastes like disappointment in comparison. 10/10. 5 stars isn't enough. I'd give 500 stars if I could. I'll definitely be back, mostly for the cookies, but also because Saf has set a customer service standard that may never be matched. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely chap seemingly running the place all by himself leading to a lot of people waiting, I can’t fault him, maybe the business should consider putting more people on shift. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
