Feels like visiting your movie grandmother. I can't tell exactly why but maybe it was walking onto the front porch before you enter. Maybe the wonderful smiling face of the older lady who took my order. Could be the soft piano music in the background. All of it was a calm peaceful atmosphere that slowed me down after an already busy morning. I got the nutty professor and it was delivered to me in a big mug with brought me so much joy. It's the little things. My Benedict waffle was very good and the hollendase was pretty good and when I cut into the poached egg it ran beautifully over the ham and waffles. The waffles could use a bit of sweetness to the batterI but they were big and I would have loved a small side of syrup or preserves to finish them off. Invited to the Table is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place that truly lives up to its name. I come here often to catch up with one of my best friends, and we always choose to sit outside, sip their amazing coffee, and just slow down for a bit. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the staff are genuinely kind, and the food is consistently incredible. Whether it’s their perfectly brewed coffee, fresh ingredients, or the care that goes into every breakfast dish, it’s clear this place is special. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, great people, and a great start to their day!
