We love the Banchan. Cozy little place. We love the chicken stew, it has a slight medicinal traditional flavor, very authentic to what you can get in Korean homes. Everything was delicious. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of my fav authentic Korean spots in the Boston area! It’s a small, intimate space with that cozy, homey feel. The chef is cooking from recipes passed down from his mom. You can taste it in every dish. If you go, do the prix fixe. We did the $80 tasting and it’s 100% worth it. Perfect way to try a little bit of everything. It starts with banchan (the kimchi + seaweed were so good), then just keeps getting better. They move onto the shrimp, scallop, kalbi jjim, Wagyu bulgogi, glass noodles, and that chicken soup I couldn’t stop thinking about. If you’re craving authentic Korean food with a slightly elevated feel, this is the spot. Great service and an amazing meal. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A massively special culinary experience! Our party felt so welcomed by Katie and the staff from the moment we walked in! Dining out IS about the food (which was wonderful), but it’s about so much more. Iru understands this. Wow, wow! This will hold a special place in my heart and I cannot wait to return! Bravo all around.
