Best customer service ! I had a very positive experience at the Isca Centre gym. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the reception was extremely kind, welcoming, and always smiling. It was my first time visiting this centre, and she went out of her way to help me with everything I needed. Her attitude and willingness to assist made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I have also visited the other two centres at Riverside and Sidwell, and in my opinion they could learn a lot from the level of professionalism and customer service shown by the lady at the Isca Centre reception. She truly represents what excellent customer service should look like. A great facility, and an even better first impression thanks to such a friendly and helpful member of staff.

A decent, small gym overall — but it really loses points on opening times and outdated equipment. The limited hours make it hard to train consistently, and you end up having to plan your workouts around not just their poor schedule but also GP referral classes and the crowds during “teen weeks.” At £30 a month, it feels overpriced for what’s on offer. If this were an independent gym, I definitely wouldn’t be paying that rate.
