I have been to issho sushi multiple times in the past for their sushi rolls which are generally very good. Today however I ordered a kakiage vegetable udon and to my disgust there were two pieces of hair in it. The first piece I saw was immediately after I was served. It was on top of the kakiage. The waiter took it took the bowl to the kitchen and came back out not even a minute later. Didn't even try to make it seem like they had recooked it. I continued to eat my meal trying not to feel gross, and about halfway through I discovered another piece of hair. I let the waiter know again, he spoke to the chef, and all he said was 'are you ready to pay now?' I would've appreciated some sort of compensation or partial refund for the bowl. It is incredibly unhygienic and I left feeling disgusted.

Every time we’ve been here, it’s been amazing! The food is always so fresh and delicious, and the staff are genuinely some of the loveliest people. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great sushi! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
