visited isshouya, this quiet japanese corner in the wave, kwun tong the environment is surprisingly peaceful and quiet once we cross the main street, making it a comfortable dining experience with no long queues although there was only one staff member handling the floor, the service was still very attentive it is semi-self service, so we grab our own utensils and water easily 特選燒牛肉飯 滑蛋雞肉牛肉飯 ordered the premium roasted beef rice and the chicken and beef with scrambled egg rice both tasted japanese and the cost performance ratio is high since every set comes with clam miso soup, pickles, and salad Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

前兩晚放工，同兩個同事去咗觀塘 The Wave嘅一匠屋食 dinner 吹下水。想食個有湯有飯嘅日式定食，又唔想太貴，呢度幾啱。我哋叫咗幾個定食，每份都有薯仔沙律、前菜小食同蜆肉味噌湯 壽喜燒牛肉吸滿壽喜燒汁，濃郁得嚟又唔會死鹹。醬汁掛喺烏冬上面幾入味，烏冬煙韌有彈性，入面仲有豆腐、芋絲、蘿蔔等配料，都好入味 特選燒牛肉飯用USDA牛板腱部位，牛肉味比較濃郁，油脂唔算太重，但肉香幾突出，口感帶少少嚼勁，唔係淨係食油香。燒汁帶微微焦香，配埋洋蔥同蒜嘅甜味，成碗飯幾惹味！ 滑蛋吉列豬扒飯屬於穩陣comfort food。豬扒炸到金黃香脆，外脆內嫩有厚度，唔會油膩。滑蛋鋪面，蛋汁軟滑濕潤，中和咗炸物嘅乾身感，一啖豬扒加滑蛋同飯，滿足感幾高。 加配小食方面，牛油粟米牛油香氣幾突出，甜甜地幾討好；單骨雞翼外皮脆卜卜，入面肉質仲算嫩滑，屬於穩陣炸物款；中華沙律酸酸甜甜帶少少麻油香，清爽解膩。 薯仔沙律綿滑帶微甜，味噌湯熱熱地入口唔會太鹹，入面仲有鮮甜既新鮮蜆！有前菜有湯，成個定食好豐富 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
