En muy pocos lugares hemos comido pizza tan exquisita como aquí. Muy recomendable !!!

We came with my husband around 1:30 p.m., sat down and nothing happened for a long time. At some point we were asked what we wanted. When we said that we would just like something to drink, we were immediately sent away - we would like to go to a bar, please. I have to point out that my husband is severely disabled and uses a wheelchair. We chose this place for one reason - enough space for the wheelchair. So far so good. We walked away. We come back in the evening and want to eat - what comes next? There is no room for us, all tables are reserved. We were offered a place inside. What a joke - the restaurant is not barrier-free!!!! and my husband is not allowed to eat indoors due to his illness. You can book a spot online here, but you can't choose whether the spot is outside or inside. Then why are all the outside tables reserved (approx. 12-14) and none of them occupied? Are disabled people a disruptive factor or unwanted in the restaurant??? Unfortunately, this behavior confirms what we have been experiencing here on Lake Garda for a week. You can't get a handicapped parking space anywhere. These are all occupied everywhere, but not by disabled people. Nobody cares here and the police are obviously not doing anything about it. We had such a good experience in Spain and thought - Italy would definitely be just as good. Unfortunately, it was way off target. Experience the complete opposite. In an accessible restaurant there is an accessible toilet, but there are 4 steps in front of the toilet. This restaurant ITALÌ la Pizzeria isn't even worth one star for us. Reaction to the answer: You probably missed that I wrote that we chose the table carefully because of space constraints. Have you seen how the tables in the bars are close together? Have you ever tried to steer a wheelchair? Apparently not. In other pizzerias you definitely get something to drink - your argument seems a bit inappropriate to me. Her waitress was very uncomfortable having to send us away. She asked beforehand and had to implement what her supervisor told her. Except for one table, all other tables were free. You simply weren't served by us at lunch because we are not a bar but we are a pizzeria. As you will have seen, there is no shortage of bars here in Bussolengo... in the square alone there are 3, all of them with an external seating area. In the evening, however, it was not served simply because we were full. The tables were all booked. He wrote that in our restaurant there are architectural barriers and steps in front of the bathroom which is absolutely false.
