I’m not sure what’s going on with some fast-food establishments in North Philadelphia lately, but customer service has been declining rapidly across many local restaurants. It’s extremely disappointing to consistently spend my hard-earned money with a business, place the same regular order, and then receive cold food—only to be told again that a store credit will be issued, which never actually happens. I spend a significant amount of money with Italian Express and always tip the delivery drivers, yet my customer service experience continues to decline, particularly with their delivery system. At this point, the lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. For that reason, I’ll be taking a long break from spending money with this business and exploring other options that value consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. The credit was used on 01/09/2026 at 8:50 PM, when you placed an order for a cheesesteak, cheeseburger, cheese fries, and a chicken tender platter. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive food that does not meet expectations, and we sincerely apologize for that experience.
