The food here was really good and authentic! Also amazing service from our waitress. the tiramisu is yummy but has a lot of caffeine, i couldnt fall asleep after eating it lol. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to the italian kitchen a few times now, and this experience was notably less pleasant than every time before. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we rarely saw our server and she even forgot the single drink besides water that we ordered. This normally wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but unlike in the past we didn’t get any bread either. When we asked the younger lady refilling our water about the bread, she just looked at us like we had two heads or something and asked if we wanted some. At that point, we declined because we were already about to get our other appetizer that we ordered. Nothing much to say about that, the fried mozzarella is always wonderful. When our entrees came, my boyfriend’s mother questioned why there was so much liquid in her pasta and said it tasted watered down, so the server (who only came after being gestured to, and was talking at the host stand previously) said that’s just how it comes and that if she doesn’t like it she could get something else. This would be okay if she wasn’t so passive aggressive and patronizing towards her. She spoke to her like she was an idiot for asking about the food she had paid for. We planned on getting dessert, but our server seemed like she was in such a rush for us to go that we decided against it. I’m leaving this review not out of anger, but because i really do like the food at this place and i was very disappointed today. Hopefully it was just an off day and not the new normal. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $30–40 Recommended dishes: Baked Lasagna, Fried Mozzarella
