La comida estaba súper buena y el servicio excelente! Una comida al gusto. Me comí un arroz blanco con habichuela roja y un pescado en salsa, Con vegetales a los lados. Realmente disfruté la comida. My husband & I recently went to O Sole Mio Pizzeria & Grill on Springfield Ave in Summit, NJ and the food was just okay. The cook and owner are Spanish speaking, so maybe that explains why the food does not taste like authentic ITALIAN food. I ordered the chicken parm and it was so-so. The chicken tasted like it was purchased from Restaurant Depot...NOT fresh chicken breast cutlets. My husband also ordered chicken parm with ziti. He said his chicken tasted freezer burnt. Their red sauce is really sub par. We would recommend MARCELLO'S in Berkeley Heights, NJ for much better Italian food and a MUCH NICER ATMOSPHERE ! Or COPPOLA'S in New Providence, NJ

Hello Nicole, Our main goal is to provide excellent food and service to all our customers. We stand proudly and firmly after our quality, recipes and service. We take our customers feedback very seriously. However, this review is disturbing to myself as the owner, to our chef, and to our staff. Our primary language and race has absolutely nothing to do with the food not meeting your standards. Authentic Italian food is cooked and prepared in many Italian restaurants by cooks and chefs that are NOT Italians. Please be more careful when judging a restaurants food based on what language they speak.
