You have to disclose that it’s not ham when someone orders ham. Turkey ham is not ham. “Brown mustard” shouldn’t puzzle a deli. “Deli mustard” should clarify it. “Spicy Mustard not yellow mustard” shouldn’t land us on yellow mustard. Your bread/rolls are about four days too stale and your prices are absurd. I’d complain about the pathetic portion size in my sandwich- but it was so gross I didn’t really want any more. Good convenience store vibe with great sandwiches. I had the Ithaca Deli special hot sandwich and loved the jalapenos, chicken and bacon on such a cold day. Nice quick food option.
