Excelente lugar para comer. Muy típico de Texas. Lo recomiendo bastante. La atención es muy cordial y si tu inglés no es bueno te hablan en español. Si vienes a Houston te recomiendo venir a comer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30

I think it's important to lead with - I do not typically like ribs. I like my meat lean and bone-free (don't judge me, lol). I acknowledge that the meat on the ribs is delicious, but the amount of fat I have to pick around to get to the part I can enjoy is usually too much work for usually not enough pay-off. I point that out because I LOVE THE RIBS AT IT'S RIBS! We've passed by the restaurant a number of times over the years, but the general lack of cars in the parking lot (at the times we pass) and the lower Google rating kept us away. Last night, we were wanting barbecue and it was the closest place to get it, so we took a shot. When we got there, curiosity overwhelmed me, and I ordered the ribs and brisket plate. I'M SO GLAD I DID!!! The ribs have a wonderful smoky flavor, the plate (which came with two 6 oz sides) was plentiful and reasonably priced - I even brought home some leftovers. The meat was not overly fatty and required minimal trimming on my part. The sauce was delicious, and I could not believe the flavor of the green beans! The young man working the cash register was friendly and above-and-beyond helpful. The restaurant (including the bathrooms) was clean and clutter-free, and they played the best music. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and we will be back!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: The green beans have meat in them, so do not order this if you are vegetarian.
