Appalling customer service . Phoned to check why my food was 20 mins late and she woman hung up on me . After being lied to about how long it will be , that it was on its way to me (3 min drive) and it not appearing for another 25 mins . Honesty goes a long way. Clearly the Ivy has to work on that. Shocked to be treated by a ‘professional’ establishment this way. Food was good though. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Tonight, Saturday 11th September and a man politely told me someone would come out and take my order. Fine by me. So, out comes a Chinese lady and she barks at me. “Pick up or order!” I didn’t understand straight away and apologise and said I’d like to order. She had sounded very annoyed in her tone when she spoke to me and I asked her if she was annoyed to which she barked. “I’m very busy.”
I just left the shop and will never go back. To talk to a customer like that because she was busy is not good at all.
When she is not so busy I hope she isn’t counting my custom.
Very rude person and I left the shop very angry inside to be spoken to like that.
