I just returned from Japan two months ago and although we didn’t make it into the Michelin star sushi restaurant we had planned to get in to, I must say that no sushi we had in Japan topped the flavors we experienced here at Iwami. The premium sushis are definitely worth experiencing. The sesame sauce was incredible. My wife had the chicken infused with truffle. It knocked me out. The udon my son had was again better than many we had in Japan. Nice work chef! You did good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
