Review *The Caveau Restaurant* It is a new Sushi restaurant located in Viale della Repubblica in Prato. However, it is accessed from the right side street of the avenue, from the first roundabout arriving from the police station. In front of the venue there are many parking spaces and the venue is also accessible for people in wheelchairs. Upon entering you notice that the place has been recently renovated. The restaurant is spacious and has many indoor and outdoor tables and has a garden. The ancient Greek style sculptures and columns stand out, obviously the colored LED lighting apparently makes it seem something else, but obviously this is not the case. The place certainly has a double function, that is, both a restaurant and a pub, because you can see its large counter with cocktails . Having made this clarification, it welcomes tables of many friends as well as just couples, there is space for everyone. This is a restaurant for Sushi lovers, everything can be booked not with the usual pencil and paper, but with the Tablet that the staff puts at your disposal to place orders, (I appreciated) with many classic courses such as nigiri uramaki, onigiri the classic grilled or steamed ravioli, udon and rolls, in short, the great classic of most sushi restaurants. In addition to this they have special Sushi of their own creation which are very good, but they also have oysters (I have eaten better elsewhere, in my opinion) and truly delicious tartare. Obviously these dishes are not found in all restaurants. The restaurant has a wide choice of all drinks, the service staff comes to your aid in choosing (if you want) the best cocktail to accompany the dishes, always everything of your choice otherwise water, wine or coke, for those who want to stay lighter. I was amazed by the desserts they offer, but some were sold out at the time. The desserts are different and very good, (if there are any). I opted for a drop-shaped dessert with a coconut flavor (photo).
