I love Mexican food and Jefes is pretty good in that category. The fajitas for one will feed 2 easily. My ONLY complaint is they use way too much Fabuloso to clean the tables with in between patrons. If they would even dilute it, that would help.

The food at Jefe's Mexican Restaurant is delicious, prepared fresh, and delivered screaming hot to your table. Minor food adjustments to your meal is acceptable. The menu has plenty of meal choices and the food portions are generous; I usually take a leftover container home. The margaritas are absolutely delicious and grandiose in size. We thoroughly enjoy the appetizers of chips, salsa, and queso. (The chips and salsa are complimentary with a meal purchase, but the queso is an extra charge... and well worth it!) The wait staff are friendly, courteous, attentive and super fast. They make you feel appreciated and welcomed. The restaurant serves lunch and supper, daily, and the restaurant is usually full. However, we have hardly had to wait too long, as they have two large dinning areas. Jefe's is one of our favorite local restaurants in town. Although, Jefe's isn't near to either of the major highways, it is well worth the six or seven minutes drive to get there. Located near the Southwest Parkway/Fairway Blvd intersection. We highly recommend Jefe's Mexican Restaurant to the Wichita Falls locals and out-of-towners passing through. Parking: The parking lot is long and narrow but has plenty of spaces. Kid-friendliness: They have a few kid's choices on the menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's wheel chair accessibility, however, the entry/exit doors are heavy. There are double doors so it is difficult if using a walker or wheelchair, unless you have someone to assist with holding the doors open. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Enchilada Rice Beans, Chips and Salsa, Enchilada Plate Super, Guacamole, Chicken Fajitas Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
