Ginza's JIM.ROOM provides a unique dining experience with its 'Adult School Lunch' concept. The California wine selection is extensive, and their claim of having the highest per-seat wine sales in Japan is well justified. However, what surprised me most was their impressive range of rare gins! It's a delight to sip on these unique spirits while enjoying their healthy fish and vegetable dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends or colleagues. I'll definitely be back again!
