The あずきみるくフロート here is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. The combination of sweet red beans and creamy milk with ice cream on top is unique and very satisfying. The price is also very reasonable. I would happily come back and try it again if I have the chance. However, I had an unpleasant experience when I needed a receipt for my drink. As a foreign customer who does not speak Japanese, I tried to communicate using Google Translate, but the staff seemed not to understand and were not very willing to help. Fortunately, another customer who spoke Japanese helped translate for me. The staff then explained that I needed the other half of the receipt. I tried to explain that, unfortunately, I did not receive that part when I got my drink. After that, there was no further explanation or assistance, and I was left standing there without knowing what to do. This happened around 16:15 on March 23, 2026. I hope the staff can be more supportive and understanding toward foreign customers. Even if communication is difficult, it would be helpful to try to explain more clearly or seek assistance to resolve the situation. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The food was really good, but the staff was very rude to my friend. I remember it was a 40-50 yr. lady serving me drink. I’m a foreigner visiting Kure and I have no Japanese. I should drink at Starbuck instead for a cheaper price and more delicious drinks Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
