Had late lunch here today. I thought it was worth the journey, but got disappointed. The chicken ala king was supposed to be tasty - but the crispy chicken coating was just oily and the meat itself was bland. Ok, the sauce was done right, but the overall taste was better taken as lesson learned. NB. You need to specify on the menu that this dish is FILIPINO Chicken ala King. (Bcoz I thought it should look and taste similar to the Chicken ala King I usually enjoy at the French Baker restaurant!) Next was the hototay soup. O, dear, I've had hototay a few times at Lola Helen's in Marikina City - now THAT was hototay, just like what I also enjoyed with my sister at a Chinese restaurant in 2024. But JM's Place - please; your hototay soup was a big downer. I acknowledge the good amount of cabbage and carrot and squid balls and chicken fillet. However, since I've also already cooked hototay soup before, the absence of celery in this dish today was very noticeable, as was the lack of meat balls and quail eggs. Hay naku, below average hototay soup! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Our happy place! In private! Love how accommodating the staff, well air conditioned room. Superb ang food ang sasarap, ordered cheese sticks, chicken finger, fries, chicken wings and pasta! Lahat masasarap walang tapon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1,800–2,000 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
