Pequeño y sin aderezos en barra, a diferencia de otras sucursales

So I don't usually leave reviews for fast food lol. But today I went through this Jack in the box and I ordered a three taco combo with curly fries and a Coke with extra ice. First off the person in front of me took like 75 years to order so I already felt bad for the teller when I got there lol I have no idea what transpired. Anyways I ask at the window if they have a two taco combo because I am not familiar with Jack in the box and the teller says no but she has a three taco combo and I was like right I'll take that. And was stoked they had something similar. When I got to the window the tacos were great the fries were hot and the soda had extra ice. And they were nice. And while I feel like this might be considered basic service this is actually really hard to find anymore. The food was fresh and they actually put extra ice in the cup lol. Food: 5 Service: 5

Manager is male with Indian background decent and is rude and doesn’t take accountability when items are made incorrectly and you show him the receipt in the order bag they printed out that order is wrong and you paid extra for certain items and missing items all he says is “we did nothing” and walks away, what kind of answer is that he needs to be retrained on his customer skills. Will not be ordering from this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
