I wanted to order a # 26 with no sausage patties substituting the small hamburger patties Because I’m allergic to pig meat. The lady insisted that I have to pay more for a substitution as if I’m getting them extra on top of the sausage patties. I told her I ordered this a lot and they don’t charge me extra. She decided to lie to me and say our system has changed and we’re not allowed to substitute anymore. I told her I’m not gonna pay extra for something that I’m not getting extra of. I went to Jack in the Box down the 395 on my way out of town and they gave it to me without charging extra. On top of lying , the lady was so rude in our exchange. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with Jack in the Box. The name of the rude lady is “Itzel”. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway
