La comida bien, pero el servicio al cliente pésimo el que me atendió en el drive tru me tiró la bolsa con la comida y muy grosera una señora que me hablo español, espero y puedan mejorar la atención al cliente! Food: 5 Service: 1

I’m writing this review very disappointed in the service I received through the drive thru at 1130p on 2/22 with I believe the workers name was Christopher. It was very rude acting like he couldn’t hear me as I was ordering and laughing breviary he had me repeat myself two times for every item I ordered. Then when I questioned him and asked if the intercom was working of course raising my voice because apparently he could not hear he said because you’re telling I’m not going to take your order then shut the intercom off. I drop up to the window and asked for the manager and of course he said I’m the one in charge I said are you Manager and he said we have no managers it’s going to be midnight. I told him that I will call on the morning to report this incident and he shots the window in my face while making a rude comment. He was so unprofessional. They need to train him again on customer service and not put him in charge to close this store. Very poor service. I will not be going to this Jack in the box. Oh and I called the next day and of course no manger working. I asked how do I file a formal complaint and the worker said he has no idea. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
