Employees decided to start telling customers they were closed at 11:40pm. Store says it’s open until midnight. Young man working the drive thru was extremely rude. I had just pulled up to the box to order hadn’t even said a word yet, he screamed we are closed! Goodbye. I just said ok and left. Will not ever go back there. I have said it since they opened that store, they need better employees. The food is poorly prepared and half the staff is on their phones while the other half is hiding trying to avoid work. Feel sorry for the owner of this location that this type of person is employed there and is costing them customers and money. Not a big fan of automation, but this location would benefit from being able to get rid of employees like the one mention. Service: 1

If I can give this specific Jack in the Box zero stars, I sure would. I went to Jack in the Box last night around 9 o’clock, made my order and realized that I was overcharged for mini tacos. Price was supposed to be 14 but was 17 fo 4 mini tacos. When I asked the employee about it. He didn’t understand what I meant and got his manager. The manager proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know why and believes it was a system error or a tax when I kept on questioning it, she didn’t offer a solution other than canceling my entire order which was sitting completed or giving me extra ranch. She is unfit to be a manager if she can’t find a solution in my frustration I continued to question her and then ended up getting a full refund after sitting there for 40 minutes, She said that a receipt could not print of my refund, but I could take a picture so I went to my car and grabbed my phone at that time. Springtown PD pulled up And I gave a statement. When they went in, she miraculously knew how to print a receipt and then proceeded to criminally trespass me from Jack in the Box for a year mind you I did not curse at her. I did not threaten her. I did not yell at her, I simply was frustrated and she was not coming up with a adequate solution. All I was asking was a refund of the three dollars I was overcharged. Can we not question when we are overcharged on something? So after an hour after I arrived, we left with no food, and criminally trespassed for a year. Come to find out It’s a common occurrence to permanently trespasses people at that establishment. Word of advice check your receipts and check the prices. This specific establishment needs to reevaluate their management and review the video footage from time 920ish on February 3 and use this as a learning experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
