They send chicken strips instead of actual chicken fried chicken. As opposed to other Jacks where I’ve ordered the same exact thing. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

7/17/2026, This morning my daughter and I went through the drive-thru to order breakfast and LET ME TELL YOU!!!...That morning drive thru crew was so professional, pleasant and helpful to the point that they really uplifted my daughter and I morning. The service was fast, food was HOT, we were greated at the window as we pulled up, and they sent us off with a hot breakfast and smiles & waves as we pulled off. I would like to say THANK YOU to Whitney and Tisha there at the drive thru and to that while staff. We pulled off and my 7yr old daughter looked at me and said, "Daddy...they are really nice ". Service so great I had to call back and let the manager know. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On July 8 2026 at around 1pm I went to get the catfish dinner and found out it won't be available until after 4pm. So I got the catfish snack for $10. I get home to eat and found 2 pieces fish 2 inches long and 2 pieces of fried batter. No fish in it. Whomever made my meal knew what they were doing. Jacks got to do better or I won't be going back. Bojangles is only 1 exit down and will get my business. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1
