No good services,,ordene 2,órdenes por el drive thru y me dijo la persona que me moviera un poco y cuando mi orden estuviera lista alguien saldría a darme mi orden y pasaron 30 minutos y nunca llegó ,son muy lentos para trabajar

We stopped in for breakfast on our way to UAB for a Dr's. appointment. We ordered a steak and bacon, egg and cheese buscuit. Unfortunately, they were both soggy like a sponge and were not edible. We were already on the interstate and didn't have time to go back. So on our way home we stopped in again and the manager was very polite and efficient. She apologized and refunded our meals. I'm sure this wasn't a regular thing and we will stop by again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Your manager Ms. Shanice is a hard worker... I am a regular and her customer service is superior as well seeing the situation she was in working basically alone with only one other employee besides the biscuit maker and did an excellent job in a timely manner with a smile on her face! You guys should acknowledge her she needs employee of the month... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
