Feleatha greeted us with prettiest southern smile that can’t be bought! We were passing through and saw that the parking lot was almost full and decided to give Jacks a try. Went here on a Monday a little after 10:30 AM, only a few cars were in line and we didn’t have too long of a wait time on our food through the drive thru. Customer service could’ve been a little better regarding communication and understanding. They were still serving breakfast at the time, but I decided to go with their burger combo deal that they had. Bigger Meal Deal : 3 chicken fingers, double cheese burger, fries and drink (8.5/10). I overall enjoyed the food, I feel like it was more than enough for me and at a good price point too. My main complaint was that the chicken fingers didn’t have much seasoning to them and weren’t actually crispy either. Def see myself stopping by here again when I’m in Alabama again, they had some other items on the menu that I was interested in trying, but didn’t get the chance to before I left. My overall rate of experience : 8/10 Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered online. Said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. By the time I got there was 39 minutes. Told them when I went in. After fixing 3 orders for other people, I watched them fix my order. There were 5 employees working. All so slow as can be. What’s the point of ordering online. No thanks Jack. No more.
