Little girls in the drive-thru need to be reminded of basic customer service skills. I know those poor managers are trying their best but these kids are extremely rude. Not that hard to say you’re welcome when the customer says thank you for food. You don’t get smart with customers over the speaker just because you’re not gonna be the one at the window to hand off food. If you don’t understand someone you say “could you please repeat that?” Instead of being ugly because YOU couldn’t listen. NOT HARD TO BE NICE AND HAVE BASIC ETIQUETTE. Service: 1

Came through the drive thru and when I got to the window forgot to add a small fry and I asked the cashier if she could add it and she caught a bad attitude and was extremely rude to me about it. I know I forgot but they still shouldn’t have attitudes or bad customer service working the window, her name was Stacy. It was on the receipt. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
