Ordered biscuit bundles the night before to be ready at 7am the next day. Since they open at 4:30am, I figured they would have plenty of time. Waited until 7:32. Outside because the lobby was closed. Terrible service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve lived here my whole life and I while back ago Jacks seemed like that may have been closing. The store was unclean and smelled while also the food quality degraded. Since about 6 months ago Jacks seemed like they may have received new management. The food quality is improved drastically and the restaurant itself is very noticeably cleaner. I give 4 stars on food and atmosphere because they are always room for improvements in any form of business. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I have no idea what people and employees go through, and it’s none of my business. however one of the employees who took our order was rude as hell. im never one to judge someone for having a bad day, we all have them, but dont ever pass it on to me by being rude. anyway the food was fine but yeah rude employees Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
