Very disappointing. They got the breakfast order wrong (breakfast is not difficult I thought) but we did not complain. When I paid, they did not apply the discount, I asked why and was told that it was an error, and they could not refund it. The manager came over and told me that I was rude (not sure how I was rude asking if my discount had been applied) and told me that if I was not happy don’t come back. Well, I will not be going back.

Although living fairly locally, only heard about Jacks at Woodlakes recently, so decided to try their breakfast. On arrival was greeted very warmly by 'Jack'....what a dude! He and the rest of his staff were very courteous and attentive throughout. We ordered the Cinnamon French Toast and the Eggs Benedict, both cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We will definitely be going back for breakfast again and again. In fact we have also just booked the family in for their Sunday Lunch, which we are looking forward to. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friend took me to Jacks Restaurant to try the food which is my first time. We had a meal on the 28th April 2023 @ 13:30 pm. We both ordered Fish & Chips, too much batter, small fish inside and the chips were hard. The price was not worth the value. My friend Julie and I are not happy with the food. My rating
