The chicken chow mein was over cooked (soggy) with no flavour and the same with the special chow mein. Was so disappointed how could you go wrong too long in the water The ribs were dry with no flavour. The salt and pepper ribs and the barbecue ribs were the same colour a dark red. I would not recommend this experience which cost me £29. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The order website is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. Just tried to place an order for £50 but the website is unbelievably slow, me and my partner just spent well over an hour and we just lost the will to live and gave up trying to place the order. We are now placing our order somewhere else and we will not try to order from Jade Kitchen again. We were so patient and tried really hard to place our order but this was a really frustrating experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Take out Price per person: £50–60
