I had the pleasure of visiting today and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff member was attentive and skillfully prepared a high-quality coffee, complemented by a delicious cake. The environment was clean and welcoming, contributing to a positive atmosphere. I look forward to returning in the near future. Had lunch today under new owners. Brekkie burger must have been sitting in the display for at least two days. Bacon was as hard and dry as cardboard and the bun was absolutely rock hard. Couldn’t eat it and had to pay full price. Disgusting way to serve food, won’t be coming back. Also told they don’t do Seniors Discount because public holiday - still a Senior public holiday or not!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $60–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

45 minute wait for half a meal ! Fish and chips with leafy green salad. The chips were not cooked properly and the fish was expired and not fit for human consumption. The salad ? There was no salad. The fish was also definitely not barramundi as advertised. My partner and I walked out after confronting the management, only to be told unsatisfactory excuses. We will never return to this place and we feel sorry for other franchise owners who actually care about customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
