Oxtail tasted so gamey and flavorless. On my second bite, I got big chunk of cow hair. They did not clean it properly. Horrible. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oxtails were dry and flavorless. Most of it was the tiny tip pieces. The little gravy I did get was very thin and flavorless. The cabbage was very little and full of black pepper. Rice and peas were decent. There was a cook needed sign in the window when I arrived. Hopefully the new cook will know how to cook. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First - Jamaican Grille’s food is DELICIOUS !!! I have eaten there a good number of times. But service has lately SUCKED ! I called in an order for pickup hoping to save some time. Not only did i have to wait a good 20 to 15 minutes after driving there, but they got my order wrong. My advice? Call 30 to 45 minutes before you get in your car. And make them read your order back !! Otherwise, great food.
