I am so upset! Lastnight I placed my order and waited. They called to say they will replace an item as they didnt hv one thing from my order. This was after19:00. Shortly before 21:00 my order is cancelled as apparently driver cancelled but they were still happy to deliver the food if I paid the taxi. I agreed. The mobile number suddenly stopped working so I couldnt tell them the cabs keep cancelling nor could I provide car reg etc. All I wanted was my food as I was starving. Eventually one driver accepted but by then it was around 21:15. No food and so I had to cancel the ride which ended up costing me £6 plus the £6 that the previous drivers cancellation fee. So, £12 later I find another mobile number on Google for them. I explain everything via text but no reply. I call and it keeps ringing out so I leave a Vmessage which is ignored. Now, I place an order with them again but this time they have cancelled it. AGAIN, another cancellation. I also left a note explaining on the justeat app...so I guess thats why they cancelled. I am deeply offended by their actions. They came across as nice people...So I am £12 DOWN WITH NOT A CRUMB. Shameless actions...I am soooooo disappointed!! IHAVE JUST ORDERED AGAIN WHICH THEY HV ACCEPTED FOR NOW BUT I GUESS I WONT BE COMPENSATED FOR MY LOSSES AND BEING LEFT TO WAIT THEN STARVE...PROBABLY KEEP ME WAITING THEN CANCEL WHEN ITS ABOUT TO BE DELIVERED AGAIN. UPDATE: JUST RECEIVED ORDER WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR APOLOGY AND NOT COMPENSATED! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Proper Somali food finally! I’ve been craving Somali food for a while now and decided to order from Jamame. I got the xaniid and bariis and honestly, it hit the spot. The meat was tender, the rice was full of flavour, and the portion was more than enough. Proper, tasty food that makes you feel full and satisfied. Delivery was smooth, and the food came hot.
