I went in to get a ginger shot, and when I received it, I noticed it didn’t have cayenne in it. I asked the employee if they had forgotten to add it, and they told me they “haven’t added cayenne in a long time.” That confused me because I regularly order the same drink at the Estrella location, and it always includes cayenne. As I was driving away, I took the shot and realized it didn’t have lemon either. I looked up the ingredients afterward, and the order clearly includes both cayenne and lemon. I called back to speak with a manager, but I was told the manager had already left. While explaining the situation, the employee then mentioned they were actually out of cayenne, which should have been communicated from the beginning so I could have ordered something else. On top of that, the shot tasted like watered-down ginger and was honestly disgusting. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, and because of this experience, I would rather continue driving farther to another location than return there again. I purchase a large orange juice and half of the cup was ice, lm pretty upset l feel like the guy that help me he doesn't want to be there, he make a comment that the orange juice is expensive there and l said "yeah oh well " now l know that's expensive for a half cup of juice and half cup of ice that's really expensive jamba you should find an other employee. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
