JAP IN A BOX....This is an insult to all Japanese Americans especially those who fought in WWll, my dad who came home with a purple heart and lifelong injuries!!then died at a young age! and he came home to the United States as heroes then called JAPS! JAPS IS THE SAME AS CALLING SOMEONE THE "N" word! Unacceptable. This owner is from Japan, Koji Fukumoto, Osaka International University. And has little or no respect for our American military heroes as well! The owner is also affiliated with Kamikaze Judo? Omg. He belongS to kamikaze judo!per Linken Kamikaze, any of the Japanese pilots who in World War II made deliberate suicidal crashes into enemy targets, usually ships. ... The word kamikaze means "divine wind," a reference to a typhoon that fortuitously dispersed a Mongol invasion fleet threatening Japan from the west in 1281. ENEMY TARGET? WWII? USA MILITARY HEROES OR MY DAD!! This is a true example of promoting hate and racism in the US, and the attacks on Asian Americans.

This is the best sushi I've ever had in my entire life. I'm a frequent sushi eater and once I tried this place it out even the nicest sushi bar in San Diego to shame. Freaking awesome!!!

Not only is Fukumoto-San an outstanding Judoka, he is also a fantastic Chef. Was finally able to try the food and was definitely not disappointed. I will be back and will recommend Japanese Authentic Palate in a Box to all!
