Had a fantastic dining experience at Jashn in Redmond. The North Indian food was rich, authentic, and full of flavor. Gary was an outstanding server—attentive, warm, and professional throughout the evening. The ambience felt elegant and upscale, truly giving a five-star experience. Highly recommend for a memorable meal and great hospitality. And Best chai. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had an amazing experience trying the Rajasthani Royal Thali 2.0 at Jashn. Even the staff is welcoming especially Nikki, She was there to attend us. Every dish was packed with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The thali started with crispy papad and featured delicious specialties like Gatte Ki Sabzi, Jodhpuri Laal Paneer, Mirch Bada, and other traditional Rajasthani delicacies. I Highly Recommend this thali to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Rajasthani cuisine in the Seattle area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jashn has a really nice ambiance and a great vibe, making it worth a one-time visit, but the food and drinks were a mixed bag—especially given the premium prices. Drinks & Appetizers: I started with the Jaan Paan Twist cocktail. While the presentation was impressive, the taste was highly disappointing; it was so diluted that I couldn't taste the alcohol or the paan flavor. We also had the beetroot kebabs. They came out very quickly and tasted good, but unfortunately, they were served almost cold instead of hot. Main Course: The Malai Kofta was decent—the kofta was tender and the gravy was nice and thick. However, the Mutton Champaran was a letdown, as the pieces were mostly large bones with very little actual meat to eat. For bread, the garlic naan and regular roti were perfectly crispy just the way I like them, but the Khamiri roti missed the mark entirely and wasn't even close to what authentic khamiri roti should be. Overall: You are largely paying for the ambiance and presentation here. It's an okay spot to check out once, but the food and drink execution could be better for the price.
