Pero los asiduos valoran este restaurante por debajo de la media en Google.

Could not place order online. Was directed to call in for ordering. Phone went straight to voicemail. Ultimately did not eat from here.

This was a wonderful restaurant, but changes have made it less than ideal. We have eaten here several dozen times in the past, and it was great until the decline of the last couple years. Where the ambiance used to be fresh and fun, it is now fairly run-down and almost a ghost town during what should be high-traffic times (such as dinner hours on a Friday night). While the service was once quick, friendly, and attentive, it has become generally slow and much less than stellar, often requiring us to "work" to get a host to stop by our table to refill drinks. This was never the case before. The food has also been on decline, becoming overly-salty or sweet, or served with soggy noodles or overcooked rice. I formed this opinion based on my last two visits; the earlier visit where my General Tso tasted extremely sweet (about 5x sweeter than normal), and the latter visit when my Sesame Chicken was so salty that I returned it to be fixed. These issues are so strange because I remember years of brilliant food at Jasmine, and now almost every visit has similar large issues. On our last visit, our table had a giant broken section on the corner, torn upholstery on the booth seats, and peeling/cracking paint on the walls. We were also seated at a table that had not been cleaned since the previous customer, even though there were more than a dozen other tables that were clean. When we asked to sit at another table, we were told that the others were not available (we watched throughout the dinner, and no other customers came in during that 1.5 hour meal). I felt awkward asking our host to clear the dishes and wipe down our sticky table, but I consider that a reasonable expectation for a place like this. For the last couple weeks, I have noticed that the parking lot has been empty during normal dinner hours. I hope Jasmine is still in business and that they can raise the quality of the food, service, and restaurant interior to restore the amazing restaurant this used to be.
